Every puppy/dog deserves a forever home regardless of it's source. Education and open dialogue is critcal to matching the right puppy with the right family. We want to be clear, Waggles supports local rescues and shelters across the country. As committed pet owners, we too are concerned about puppy mills and poor breeding standards. We advocate for transparency and improving the process of acquiring a puppy, no matter the source.

• We do not support puppy mills. Waggles evaluates breeders at a heightened standard that exceeds USDA requirements. 
• We advocate for continual improvement by our breeders. If they fail to meet our standards or improvement plans we will not purchase from that source. 
• We believe that people looking for pets should consider adoption as an option in addition to breeders and pet stores. Whether you shop or adopt, the choice should be yours. 
• We are transparent in where and how we source puppies. We place breeder information for each puppy directly on their kennel.
• We value in-person conversations and the chance to connect with groups that are not familiar with the Waggles process.
